Hi,

Maybe display:

a countdown to the user to show when submissions will be blocked and the vote phase will take place.
a countdown to the user to show when end of votes will happen.

A countdown to show the remaining time until the end of submission is already present when the user opens the upload lightbox, but yes, it's nowhere else.

Other Countdown could be added, not a big deal!
