NB:

Might want to check the anatomy of a gene and if you run into duplicates errors. Choose a few sequences at a time.

Please check this out. I am having a lot of issues running this on biopython. Let me know if you have better luck than. Just a function that takes in a list of fasta files and returns the common motif in a list works. @Wangari-Joyce @Ephantus-Wambui @poppingtonic

They have a docker container we could use https://hub.docker.com/r/memesuite/memesuite. This makes the workflow abit less painstacking.
