Instead of using the meme suite web tool which has issues with flagging similar looking identifiers. This was confirmed by @Wangari-Joyce and myself. I have found 3 and 6 motifs that we can use in the next step. However, the tool is quite heavy I think we can proceed with look what these motifs confer to the microbes and make the embedding tool for search. Find the information in the folder meme_out3 and meme_out6 corresponding to the number of motifs meme was looking for.
