237 added scroll up button to the about section

Good work ! Some small fixes and it can be merged.

• Add an icon ( like an arrow pointing to the top ) instead of Scroll Up text since it's taking more space specially on mobile devices.
• Change the background color to something matching with other theme colors such as gray.
