Hi there! Quick feature request.

We have a blind player. If this module could gain an option to output its health estimates to the chat when they change, it could really help him keep track of how the party and/or monsters are doing.

This would probably also need a way to hide NPC names when the token display name isn't visible to the players. (Another module just says 'Unknown entity")

Hello, I've become the maintainer of this module on FoundryVTT (under my own fork) and I've implemented this feature using code exactly from that other module. Try updating your Health Monitor for the changes.
