Suggestion: Support for state percentage modifier (or something like that) #48

Hey, great module!

I'd like to request a feature: In my games, I want to let players know when a mob is very injured, but I don't want them know how much HP they have based in the colour feedback. Nowadays I use this module and set the states to: Unconscious, Very Injured, Healthy, Healthy, Healthy, Healthy,

But players can spot the difference between colours ("oh, he's healthy but it's yellow, so he's halfed"). It would be nice if the health states could be changed to something like 75% State 1 and 25% State 2.
