A system I am using specifically has things that happen at 1hp AND also at below half hp. The hp totals can be as much or as little as 4 or 14 so it's very hard to have stages in such a way it's accurate for both due to percentages. Having a unique renameable stage JUST for a 1 hp would be super nice.
