Updated the status bar icons:

Changed primitive-square to debug-pause because it is an actual pause icon.
Changed triangle-right to play for consistency with debug-pause.
Changed arrow-small-up and arrow-small-down to arrow-up and arrow-down for improved legibility.
Changed git-branch to source-control for consistency.

Fixes #152. Fixes #31.
