lowercase - SiEPIC Python module? #195

KLayout module: KLayout's module is "pya" (lowercase conforming to PEP 8).

SiEPIC's Python module presently is "SiEPIC" https://pypi.org/project/SiEPIC/

Should we change it to lower case?
