Ensure EBeam layout files have exact case match in Linux #245

Beta library does not instantiate on Linux if layout files do not have exact case match during comparison in .lym script

I fixed this already: https://github.com/SiEPIC/SiEPIC_EBeam_PDK/commit/92523d34efe79c8edb881a6ff82866513831bac0

I don't think it is necessary to do an if statement to check the operating system.
