Add 895nm waveguide and y-branch #254

Adding a 895nm SiN waveguide and y-branch Models have not been added to these components yet.

Hi @m2wentla I merged your commit in the the Master branch. Can you please switch your GitHub Desktop to the master branch? Then restart KLayout and check that you see the library EBeam-SiN (where the SiN components should go). Can you make pull requests directly to master branch? Note that the path to the PDK is slightly different, so you will want to re-do the menu Tools > Manage Technologies, and change the Base Path of the EBeam PDK to point to the GitHub folder "EBeam". On my computer it is: /Users/lukasc/Documents/GitHub/SiEPIC_EBeam_PDK/klayout/EBeam
