updated version of EBeam_heaters_snewman_RMA1.gds Removed heater section that was intended to be electrical routing.

Added (2) new designs.

Please check the verification report. It is now working.

1) you have multiple top cells. please fix.

2) You have many maufacturing DRC errors in the metal. See screenshot.

Closing pull request. I'll submit the update for EBeam_heaters_snewman_RMA1.gds, which is DRC clean. I'll work to address the issues with the new designs separately.
