There is an extra YAML file? Can you remove?

I suggest having a larger overlap for the two metals, when making a contact between them.

Also the heater won't be very efficient, since it doesn't cover the entire ring.

Hi,

I have updated the design 1 and design 2 files with a larger heater area covering the rings, as well as design rule and layout errors waived (the .yaml verification is working now, but there are still problems with the layout files). This should be reflected in the last two commits ("open EBL Test Again" (Design 2) and "openEBL July 14th Run" (Design 1).

Apologies for all of the commits... the commits before these were different versions of the .yaml and .gds files, followed by their deletion.
