Submit a new version of design from aborted commits. Uses the GCs and electrical pads from the example EBeam_heaters_BraggGratingwithHeater.gds example. YAML file is a stub (copy of the example EBeam_heaters_BraggGratingwithHeater.yaml).

The only DRC items are (4) of the following: SiEPIC-1a [EBeam_snewmanRMA1] Warning: Possible waveguide mismatch or waveguide disconnect: PinRec must enclose only one waveguide material.

This warning is associated with each of the (4) waveguide connections to grating couplers. However, as best I can determine, there is no issue.

Cancelling pull request. I found issues with the YAML file.
