Has some overlapping component errors related to p-cell connections.

I just noticed the change to a 1000 x 410 µm design area. Should rework my designs to use this area?

Hi Scott,

It would be preferable to use a CDC cell that has the S-Bends in it. However, I notice that the cell presently has a bug: https://github.com/SiEPIC/SiEPIC_EBeam_PDK/issues/301

Layout size -- you can keep the smaller size as is, but if you need to go with a larger one, no problem.
