Resubmit corrected layouts #9

Layouts are DRC clean with updated SiEPIC EBeam PDK (v0.4.21)

@newmansc2 we had a Q&A discussion this morning on SiN. Some questions for designers:

would you want larger per-design area? SiN circuits are much larger than Si...

would yoo want edge coupling? We could do photonic wire bond or lens coupling potentially.

@lukasc-ubc Sorry, I missed this message. Yes, we can make use of the larger design area. A bigger issue for us is that the design area height is too small to fit (4) 1550nm GCs. I noticed on one of your designs that you had an array of (4) GCs that were not fully inside the design area. Can we also do this in our designs?

I saw that you also decided to include edge coupling. We are interested in learning more about this. I assume that for a layout using edge couplers, obtaining test data or a die would be a paid service.

Hi Scott grating coupler cells were updated to fit four in a column. Testing: TBD.
