This PR increments the minor version of irrad_control to 1.1.0. The following issues are dealt with in this PR:

Both issues contain lists of various bug fixes (#34) and improvements (#35). The changes are mainly in the structure of data acquisition processes, plotting and general stability of the application.

NOTE: This PR got pretty big and should have been split into several smaller ones. Expect major improvements
