Brush-up of MMC3 and MIO2 firmware:

Fix LED behavior on the MMC3 platform
Update firmware to be compatible with latest basil
Keep TLU busy if FIFO is filled
Increase TLU trigger word size to 31 bits (32 clock cycles) for newer TLU software versions (e.g., pyTLU)
cleanup of the MMC3 firmware
