wrong version on pypi #18

In pypi there is version 2.1.0, while on gitlab is 2.1.1.

In particular in 2.1.0 eta cannot be < 1.

@wiso A new release with a lot of stability fixes is available now on pypi: v2.2.0 From now on I will try to keep track of proper versioning and uploads to pypi.
