Incorrect path to cmd.py in mio3.yaml #12

Via email, the following has been reported for the MIO3 readout system:

With the newest version i got error messages i didn't get with the june 2021 version, there are : ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'basil.HL.tjmonopix2' ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tjmonopix2.cmd'

The path to cmd.py has changed and needs to be updated in the mio3.yaml accordingly.
