DB: Import questionnaires for food consumption, create score for food item #250

During foodborne outbreaks the food consumption of patients is investigated via questionnaires. If FCL could import these (or the digital results), every food item could get a score (not a tracing score but a questionnaire score). This could be an additional clue for tracing.

It's not a TracingView issue. "Questionnaire Score" could just be a new attribute in the DB, that is computed when a questionnaire is imported.
