Add missing comments for entries in controlled vocabularies

Each entry in all controlled vocabularies should have a description / comment that can be used in FSK-Lab as mouse-over hint.

In the controlled vocabularies sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Q3PHVpVarOpXkII6jBi6wjpyrmFMWFT0vRlYjZYG7uU/edit?usp=sharing) I have indicated whether

• comments are missing
• comments/ or something in the list were unclear (to me)
• new comments were added
• comments still need to be added

I think that some of the lists, i.e. product matrix name and packaging, are very clear without necessity for a comment or description.

For some of the lsits I could not add comments or descriptions because I am not sure about the exact definitions.

I updated the editor node to display comments in the controlled vocabularies. The vocabularies used in FSK-Lab are an old copy. Once the new ones are finished I will replace them. A few points:

• FSK-Lab reads vocabularies currently only taking values in the first column and comments in the third columns. Other columns are ignored. The New comment column would eventually need to replace the original Comment column.
• Supported values in the spreadsheet are only of type string (text). Values of other types such as numbers or formulas are ignored.
• Some vocabularies like Product-matrix name contain None for blank comments. Since empty strings are supported in KNIME which do not show a tool tip, I would rather leave the cell empty.
