A node that allows the transformation of microbial data by used defined functions, e.g. to convert units (cfu/ml into cfu/g) or to transform measurements taken as optical density by means of a calibrating curve into a microbial concentration.

[mfilter] I could not detect the feature that change the units of the MD_Data column. In general I think a real transformer node would be better.
