FSK runnner does forget settings after saving workflow and reopening #286

In favour of ticket https://github.com/SiLeBAT/FSK-Lab/issues/285 I kept the simulation settings node preexecuted and selected the new setting in the runner. After saving the workflow, I closed and reopened it and the setting in the runner was gone. This is a not expected behaviour according to the KNIME way. I was able to circumvent that using a input variable to force the node to use my preferred setting.

In addition the Runner seems not to care about the input variable to force the use of the desired simulation. I just used a simulation name that does not exist and still the node does run? I would expect an error here.
