As a user admin responsible for the catalogues present in the dashboard I need the information which catalogues are missing (if any is missing).

[ ] hard code the necessary catalogue numbers: 303, 313, 316, 319, 322, 324, 326, 328, 339
[ ] check in dashboard whether from any of the hard coded catalogue numbers at least one is present in the dashboard (catalogueCodes)
[ ] if a catalogue number is missing inform the user admin
