Show correct error message for faulty Betriebsart code

To Reproduce Upload this Einsendebogen V17: mpc625_BUG Betriebsartcode.xlsx

The portal does not show any of the usual errors or warnings, just the toaster "Es gab einen Fehler beim Validieren." The reason is the faulty Betriebsart code "62724|57624|1499-710,63420-2295,63423-10564,10565|".

Expected:

• The faulty Betriebsart code cell should be coloured in red and show the warning "Ungültiger Code. Code ist nicht im AVV DatA-Katalog Nr. 303 enthalten." (error 46)
• For the AVV sample number the warning "Das Format der Probenummer nach AVV DatA scheint nicht korrekt zu sein." (warning 72) should be shown.

Note:

• If you delete ",10565|" at the end of the code, the warning at the AVV sample number appears and the toaster message does not appear anymore.
• If you delete also the "4", (delete "4,10565|" at the end of the uploaded Betriebsart code), the expected Betriebsart code field error also appears. This error message should have appeared from the beginning. Something in the uploaded code produces an error. Deleting only the final pipe did not help.

On the qa system:

The problem in the attached excel sheet is not the faulty Betriebsart code (catalogue 303) but the empty header fields of the sheet. With completely empty fields it gives an import error. If a valid email address is added to this field, the excel sheet is imported and shows the expected behaviour.
