Allow user to choose the analysis expected to be performed by BfR

As a portal user I would like to choose the analysis I expect the BfR to perform.

Allow the user to choose one or more options from the section "Bitte führen Sie folgende Untersuchungen der Isolate durch" on the first page of the Probeneinsendebogen. These are pathogen-specific. Thus it makes sense to ask the user in a wizard window after clicking "Senden":

• The user uploads a Probeneinsendebogen with pathogens for two different BfR labs.
• The file is validated and the user clicks the "Senden" button in the blue MiBi-Portal menu bar.
• Before data is sent, a wizard appears showing one page per BfR lab (see https://material.angular.io/components/stepper/overview#editable-step). The wizard should have as many 'steps' as there are receiving BfR labs.
• Create button "Senden-Menü" to proceed to the usual email text window.
• After the wizard the usual window appears in which the user can enter an email text and send data, but there should be a "Zurück" button so that the user can return to the wizard.
• If the user has chosen detection methods in the Probeneinsendebogen Excel sheet AND if the user has entered pathogens for only one single BfR lab, these detection methods will be selected in the wizard, automatically (transfer from Excel to the MiBi-Portal). If the excel sheet contains pathogens for several BfR labs, all detection method selections from the Excel sheet will be ignored and the user has to select the preferred methods in the wizard for each BfR lab separately.

The tags in brackets can be found in the CSV sheet "mpc258_Wizard_Probenbearbeitung.csv" sent via email on 18.09.2019@11:13.

Note: In a later version of this wizard the user will be shown data rows on each NRL page and will be able to select detection methods by single samples. The wizard should developed in a way that this add-on feature is easily possible. See Mockup!

• [x] Please correct in parsing the Probeneinsendebogen: Section "Bitte führen Sie folgende Untersuchungen der Isolate durch" and "Dringlichkeit": The "x" next to "sonstiges (nach Absprache):" is missing. The text below "Vergleiche mit humanen Isolaten" is also missing. The text belonging to "sonstiges" and all the other "x" as well as the "Dringlichkeit" are the same as in the uploaded sheet. Cool. Great look and very smooth transition between data, method options and the "Senden" dialogue. Great user experience!

There are some flaws:

• [x] In the wizard tick "eilt" for a BfR lab. I could not find the "Eilt" in the XLSX nor in the PDF.
• [x] For NRLs VTEC and Staph tick the two extra detection method options. These were not shown in the PDF nor in the XLSX.
• [x] Texts entered at "Sonstiges" or "Vergleiche mit Humanisolaten" did not appear in the outputs. Did you see the last part in the ticket description starting with "Please correct in parsing the Probeneinsendebogen:"?
• Having uploaded a Probeneinsendebogen for 11 BfR labs and using a smaller screen resolution than WQHD a scrollbar appears. However, this scrollbar is not for the BfR labs but for the whole wizard. The result is that the "Senden" button is hidden and the user has to scroll in order to be able to proceed. As uploading so many different pathogens is probably done only rarely this will be solved in another ticket. Please correct.

• [ ] In the XLSX the "x" at "sonstiges (nach Absprache):" is missing.
• [ ] In the XLSX test sheet the cells next to all detection methods contain a "x". This is from a "worst case user". We want all BfR labs to receive only those detection method choices which are applicable for their labs. The wizard automatically checks the detection methods which are applicable in the BfR lab if they are checked in the XLSX. However, the PDF/XLSX contain again all "x" (disregarding Phagentypisierung and ZoMo which are no choices anymore). This does not make sense. In the PDF/XLSX only those options checked in the wizard should get a "x". For VTEC this would be molecular typing and check for toxins.
