Implement order-list server-side infrastructure

1. A service should be created to fetch an order-list for a specific user.

2. The sending samples service should be adjusted to store an order-list-item for a specific user.

3. A controller has to be implemented for fetching an order-list.

• Add a DTO model for the order-list
• Add a controller for fetching the order-list
  • Call the order-list use case and map the domain model to the DTO model
  • The controller has to have access to the user id of the current authenticated user
• Restrict access to the new endpoint via white-list
