Implement the validation of the first suggested ZSP2024 version. #352

As a user I would like to validat my ZoMo samples against the new ZSP2024 having the new AVV DatA Kodes and structure. The first version of ZSP2024 is a suggestion that has not the final structure. The final structure we expect to get at the end of Nov 2023.
