Fix Master branch

The code giving rise to the artifact deployed on mibi-portal.bfr.bund.de should be in the master branch. This should also be the code base that is further developed and maintained in the future.

Renamed master branches:

master -> masteradv masteravv -> master

This is done on the repositories:

• mibi-portal-server (github)
• mibi-portal-client (github)
• master-data (gitlab)
• configs (gitlab)
• pipelines (gitlab)

Please ensure that your local branches match the new remote branches.
