Relations are cumbersome to work with and only really useful if the relationship contains hundreds of entries. In our case an arry would be easier to work with

@birgitlewicki This requires two new parse classes. I have already added them to the QA DB - you need to add them to your local instance. I'll send you schema and data files per mail

@afalenski Tests for this should be the same as the ones you did for #388 In addition you should test the validation of the various NRL related fields (i.e. Pathogen & assigned NRL etc)
