E-Mail subject contains "unbekannt" instead of the city of the sender's lab #438

An Einsendebogen V16 sent by CVUA Karslruhe to NRL-AR contained the subject "Neuer Auftrag von <unbekannt> an NRL-AR". Whether the sender has received a PDF is not known. However, an Einsendebogen V16 sent by Landeslabor Brandenburg had the correct subject (the city of the institute should be named instead of ""). Is the database of the ADV portal incomplete?

@afalenski The db entries in both databases seem fine. Have you tried to recreate teh bug by creating a Test user from CVUA Karslruhe? In addition it is important to know when the NRL-AR received email. Entry unknown was a known bug fixed with the latest hotfix (on the 11.07)

@dptolle The NRL-AR received the email on 17.07.2024 at 14:16 and 14:17.

The issue with <unbekannt> does not seem to exist in the AVV portal.

BUG Emails are sent to the real NRL. They should be sent to the mibi-portal email when the QA portal is tested. Please fix. (I do not know whether the bug belongs to this ticket or another refactoring ticket but it is the only one with emails and it worked before.)
