Adds an indexer mode to the SQLite store to index the full chain data. Requires #50

TODO:

[ ] Fix element proof hydration
[ ] Set index/no-index mode at runtime
[ ] Prevent switching modes after initial startup or resubscribe if the mode switches
[ ] Disable resubscribe endpoint when in full index mode
[ ] Add additional API endpoints for querying addresses without adding them to a wallet
