Update walletd UI to use new API endpoints and SDK

The UI is currently broken and needs to be updated to use the latest API spec

• Update libraries and app to use new API endpoints and metadata patterns
• Update resubscribe behaviour, add status/progress
• Update transaction and address generation flows to use new SDK
