Add this action to the workflow to check API route consistency with https://github.com/SiaFoundation/jape.

Unless anyone has any more suggestions I think this should be OK to merge (and add to some of the other repositories). https://github.com/SiaFoundation/walletd/actions/runs/3887045118 looks fine to me.
