[x] Touch screen controls
[x] Pause button
[x] Screen orientation restricted to landscape only
[x] Settings Panel: Remove PC settings (resolution & fullscreen)
[ ] UI Position
[ ] Background scaling properly

The necessary tasks to do:

Touch screen control: Invader shoot left side of the screen and defender shoot right side settings panel: disable full screen option and change resolution option
