Added Philips Hue Tap

Note that there is no multiple button press, but physically the large button (button 1) overlaps the other three buttons, which are inset to the large button.

So the philips hue tap has 4 physical buttons? Also for a tap device it's preferred to use the title 'tap'

Just did a quick research and I didn't even know there was a 4th button (techincally the first) yet I was looking at getting one a few years ago. I'll merge but I might change the titles to tap instead of press.
