Allow command+shift+R as hotkey on Mac. #276

On Chrome for Mac, command+R is assigned as Page Reload and accepted whether 
shiftKey's state is on or off.
So, function wa(a){...} in core.js should call a.preventDefault() to allow 
command+shift+R as hotkey.
