Printing with iReaders page layout. #280

   I find iReaders page layout quite simplistic and elegant. But while printing that nice layout is being replaced by a "plain text format" which is hardly pleasant to read. I think it would be really nice to be able to print the article as we see in iReader.

   With the addition of new themes (You are working on new themes I beleive :) ) this feature will offer even more to us.

   And I must say that you did a fantastic job with iReader. It is really great. Thank you for your hard work.
