What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Look at the tables on both pages after activating iReader
3. At one the table has a border the other doesn't
What is the expected output?
Both tables having border, preferably with the colors as well.
What do you see instead?
One table with borders the other without.

Windows XP SP3
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
It would be nice for a little consistency, since both tables before being
formatted are styled the same.
