Background article scrollable #331

When scrolling down to the bottom of an article in iReader further scrolling 
moves the background page. Text selection does not work properly if this 
happens: the start of text selection is not where the cursor is.

Would be better if in iReader mode scrolling of the background page would be 
disabled.
