Hotkey brings up PRINT dialog #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CTRL-SHIFT-P
2.

What is the expected output?
Unclutterd article, same as with icon in omnibar which works great

What do you see instead?
PRINT dialog

Browser: Chrome
Chrome or Firefox?

Operating system: Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if 
possible.

Is the hotkey customizable? It doesn't appear to be. When I enter a different 
hotkey, the field flashes my new hotkey and immediately reverts to CTRL-SHIFT-P

Same exact problem. Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 m on Windows 7.
