iReader doesn't work on CNet.com News and The Verge #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open new tab and type "http://www.cnet.com/products/samsung-galaxy-s5" with 
Enter Key.
2. Click iReader
3. Open new tab and type 
"http://www.theverge.com/2014/4/8/5590278/heres-how-apple-figured-out-the-extra-
2-19-billion-it-wants-from" with Enter Key.
4. Click iReader

What is the expected output?
iReader displays the contents of news.

What do you see instead?
Grey bar is displayed on the right side of browser

Browser:
Chrome or Firefox?
Chrome

Operating system:
Windows 7 64bit
