Class `Block` and all its implementation #1

Block types to implement:

[x] Base Block
[x] Unbreakable Block
[x] Ores Block
[x] Mimic Block
[x] Freeze Block
[ ] ~GTA Code Block~ (Moved to #9 )

Block is an abstract class or interface with some default methods to implement:

[ ] ~OnSpawn()~
[x] OnBreak()

It has also some default field used for the map generation:

[ ] ~Spawn rate~
[ ] ~Adjacent constrains~
[x] Pointer to Timer

I close this and I'll open one issue with only GTA Block.
