Fixes #602

Added 2 new hack cards
- SQL Injection: -2 to a players method stack
- Stack Overflow: Player can't play on the play field for 2 turns
Uses temporary card images and effect icons
Fixed tests that were broken by changes, but did not add new tests for new functionality

Ok I will merge it and we can add proper card images when @jsanvik is able to put some together.
