We are going to try to use the new architecture and fixes as our version 2.5 instead of continuing work on the current version 2 directly. For the paper then the version 2.5 needs to be working and deployed so we can test and add fixes to it.

Get the beginner and standard modes of the game working and remove any agile components that were added for version 3.0. This can be completed and pushed to the dev site as soon as it is ready. We can then merge in fixes as needed to the new version 2.5 branch and when documentation and testing is added properly we can replace the current master branch.
