I would have preferred if the special cases on the left increased... but oh well... I think with the 50/50 split between import_customer and import_neighbor we should just stick with import_neighbor to reduce noise. For the graph it might also make sense to join some of the other classes (in the figure and in the text, if we have not already merged them in the text).
