Some jobs that trigger 'witness' memories give the memory to the one who performed the job #193

Example: vicars giving last rites gives them a memory for performing it AND for witnessing it being performed.

Hmm.. this is going to be a tricky one to handle. I think the only solution is a blacklist table of memories that shouldn't be applied to the creator.. and even then it would have unforseen side effects. Backburning this for now.
