Retail re-build without activiation #14

@tomspilman Is it possible you could do a quick rebuild of Torsion codebase that you used for v1.1.392 Final without the activation/ignition parts in-place for people like this guy? As it'll be a while before the current repository is able to build successfully anytime soon and don't want anybody to be left out in the cold, so to speak, in the meantime.

I can try to do that... could be tricky with it all dependent on a really old version of VS. I'll try to get to this over the weekend.
