Identify Fixes for T3D and T2D #3

Let's use this issue to discuss what features need to be added to Torsion to support the latest releases of T3D and T2D.

Direct support for Taml files would be a huge help for Torque2D. It would be even better if we could directly add asset files using a dialog box or something. Of course the down side is that these features don't really apply to T3D.
